My Story:

Born an air force brat in California as Kimberly Claire Daulton and ending up in Texas with aliases such as Kimm Bearden, Kimm Swanson, Kimberly Daulton or my husband's favorite: Kimberly Claire Daulton-Bearden-Swanson-Daulton-Wynne, the 3rd.

Perhaps my favorite songs would tell you my story.

'Positively 4th Street,'White Rabbit', 'Magic Carpet Ride', 'Baby Got Back', 'Damn It Feels Good to be a Gangsta', all of which will be played at my funeral party someday.

Or maybe my career path would tell you my story.

I started at TL as HR receptionist, then in Operations and finally into the Creative department as Creative Manager in 1992 and have stayed here ever since. I am a 2-time boomeranger, left for 7 yrs for recruiting and post-production but came back to the mothership 7 yrs ago.

I love my job. I love TL. The people, the tenacity, the curiosity and ability to be one-step ahead of our competitors has been the common thread through the agency over the years. I came back the final time when I realized that TL had been built doing what all the other agencies were scrambling to learn and would always be ahead of the game - and having fun doing it.

I have watched 22-yr olds start here and become leaders within the industry, feeling proud and hoping that maybe I was able to help them along the way to their success. Or maybe I dreamed that...
