Tabasco spices up the SI Swimsuit Edition

Everybody knows the strength of a good brand.  And none is truer than for TABASCO.  Just say the word and instantly we all see the small red and green bottles filled with their signature spices and tongue-twisting heat.  But how do you drive your core consumer to an online destination and introduce the product in a new size?  Well, it’s no surprise but that’s what we were tasked to do – and its exactly what we built our execution for.

By building TABASCO.com and spreading the word through a campaign partnership with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition we found our way into the hearts of our core audience of TABASCO aficionados.  By combining SI’s world famous swimsuits with TABASCO we were able to highlight TABASCO as the number one sauce in the land and showcase that it’s available in more than just the recognizable size we all know and love.  What makes us so sure?  Twitter mentions and a shout out on CNBC as well as internet tracking confirmed that yes, thanks to this partnership, the consumer now knows that TABASCO is available online and in many different sizes… even big jugs.
